There are 6 villages affiliated with the Mikaîla tribe in the Polatlı and Haymana districts of Ankara.
One of these villages, İnler Village, which is still known today by its Kurdish name “Mıkaila”, still keeps the tribe’s name alive.

One of the writers of Bîrnebûn Magazine, Fikret Yıldız, also known as Dr. Mîkaîlî (Mikaili), told the story of both his own village İnler and the migration of the Mikaili Tribe to Central Anatolia for Şoperêç.
Yıldız’s narration is not only the history of a village, but also a testimony that brings to light the invisible history of the Kurds in Central Anatolia.
